The report analyzes the Internet application in 21 underdeveloped countries, among which the growth rate of Internet application in 15 countries jointly built by the Belt and Road Initiative, such as Laos, Myanmar and Angola, is higher than the average growth rate of the selected developed countries, which to some extent reflects the pulling effect of the Belt and Road Initiative, especially the construction of the Digital Silk Road, on the Internet development in these countries.
