Shanghai: A special plan has been formulated to require medical institutions to ensure the smooth flow of emergency green channels.

On March 28th, a press conference on epidemic prevention and control was held in Shanghai. Wu Jinglei, head of the medical treatment group of the municipal epidemic prevention and control leading group and director of the municipal health and wellness committee, Gu Jun, head of the material support group of the municipal epidemic prevention and control leading group and director of the municipal commerce committee, Wu Fan, member of the expert group of the municipal epidemic prevention and control leading group and vice president of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, introduced the latest situation of epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai.

Wu Jinglei said that we have specially formulated a work plan, requiring all medical institutions to effectively ensure the smooth flow of emergency green channels, and ensure the services of key departments such as fever clinic, hemodialysis, severe illness, obstetrics, pediatrics, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the admission of patients in hospitals.

Designated medical institutions in each district form a counterpart relationship with the corresponding towns, and provide emergency medical services for the residents in each town. Each designated medical institution designates a special person to be responsible for answering medical calls, and is open to the public and unblocked for medical treatment.

Municipal hospitals should fully provide professional support to designated medical institutions in various districts, respond to the consultation needs issued by designated medical institutions in a timely manner, assign experts to assist in consultation, and organize experts to directly participate in treatment when necessary.

For residents with general medical needs, such as patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, the local family doctor team should do a good job of docking, focusing on key groups such as the elderly, children, pregnant women and the disabled. Residents can also consult, make follow-up visits and dispense medicines online through Internet hospitals.

For residents with fever and other symptoms, the street town and village committee will arrange a special car or contact "120" and transport them to the nearest fever clinic for further investigation, and do a good job in closed-loop management during the period.

For residents who really need to go out for medical treatment and non-critical patients, after reporting to the community management and control staff, the street town and village Committee will arrange special vehicles to transport the patients to designated medical institutions in a closed loop. Patients with acute and critical illness will be transported by the "120" emergency vehicle contacted by the street town or neighborhood committee, and patients or their families can also dial "120" by themselves. The emergency center will give priority to sending vehicles to meet the medical needs of patients with acute and critical illness.

Medical personnel, epidemic prevention personnel, public security officers, take-away couriers, etc., who need to work, travel normally with work permits or unit certificates.
